If Company finds more than one connection to our system at the same time using the same username and password you will automatically be banned from the system and your subscription fee will not be returned. Similarly if Company finds connections from many different IPs on 1 account you will also be banned from our system.

If you feel that your information has been taken from you without your permission you must inform us using the contact form on our web site.

If a subscription is misused in any way we reserve the right to remove you from our database.

All subscriptions are non refundable. Once you have signed up you have instant access to the data required to use our service. As a result no refunds will be issued.

Company will under no circumstance be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages including any loss of business, revenue, profits, or data in relation to your use of the Website
